Campground Policies:

- If anyone in your household is feeling ill, per the CDC-listed COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
Arrivals/Departures:
Policies and guidelines can change at any time.
- Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Early check-ins can be added to your reservations for an additional fee during booking.
- Check-out Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Late check-out can be added to your reservations for an additional fee during booking.
SECURITY GATE:
- All Campers are required to obtain a gate card to enter the security gate. A credit card will be held for gate card(s). Upon checking out, return the gate card(s) to the Office. Failure to return your gate card(s) upon check-out, will result in a $20.00 charge per card that does not have any cash deposits paid. All deposits left after check-out are now non-refundable.
Check-out Procedures:
- Please gather all belongings and trash from your site. Trash can be disposed of at the dumpsters.
- You must be outside of the gate with all belongings and Trailers by 11:00 a.m.
- Return gate card and car tags to Office.

CANCELLATIONS:
NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WITHIN 21 DAYS
- Camp credits will be issued if applicable.
- Camp credit does not expire.
Reservations that are canceled:
- NO REFUNDS AND NON-TRANSFERABLE for
- Holiday Weekends
- Bike Week
- (Please see your confirmation email for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.)
- Long-term
- Advanced Deposits made in 2023 for 2024 season.
- If you shorten your stay, there are no refunds.
- More than 21 days before beginning date: Partial refund (less $25.00 credit card service charge mentioned above PER RESERVATION)
- Inside of 3-weeks you will be charged one night's stay, with any remaining paid balance to camp credit.
- Within 14 days the deposit is forfeited.
- Within 48 hours, deposit is forfeited, and you are responsible for the remaining balance due.
These fees are directly tied to expenses that support overall facility rentals, credit card fees and or reservation system fees.

VISITORS:
All visitors entering the Campground must complete the Pre-Check-In form on our website and stop at the Office to register. Fees are to be paid upon arrival to the Office.
- Day guests must check-out by 7:00 p.m.
- Night Guests must check-out by 12:00 p.m. the departure date. A maximum of 3 overnight adults permitted per site.

QUIET HOURS:
10:00 pm to 7:00 am Strictly Enforced.
- All outside radios and televisions must be turned off. Sounds travels greatly at night. Please be respectful of all other campers during these hours. When we are making our nightly rounds, we may let you know if you are heard. Any complaints we receive at any time of the day will be addressed accordingly.

AMENITIES:
CAMPGROUND SWIMMING POOL: Opening May 24th.
Open Daily 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Weather permitting.
- Children (ages 17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult (age 18+) at all times.
- NO DIVING or JUMPING into the pool. Staff may ask you to leave the pool area if you are found not complying.
- Only WATER in a PLASTIC BOTTLE is allowed in the Pool Area.

RESTROOMS:
Open 24 hours a day.
- Our showers take U.S. quarters only. $0.50 will give you a 6-minute shower.
- If our restrooms need any maintenance, please call the Office at 603-744-2403.
DUMPSTER AREA:
- Please be sure to bring all bagged trash down to the dumpsters. We do not accept anything other than bagged household trash.
BEACH:
- Open Dawn to Dusk
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
- No glass or fires
- No pets
- No fishing
- Adults required for all children 17 and under
PLAYGROUND:
- Open dawn to dusk
- Adults recommended

GENERAL:
- Please keep your site clean of trash.
- Please do not cut down trees, dig holes or move fireplaces.
- Tables need to be returned to original placement.
- Vehicles need to be on your site and not obstructing roadways.
CAMPFIRES:
- Campfires must be confined to our approved fire pits within each site.
- Personal fire rings are not permitted. Used charcoal may be disposed in firepit only.
- Do not burn trash or glass.
- Please do not leave a fire unattended. Douse with water before retiring at night.
- Fires must be out at midnight.
FIREWOOD:
- No out-of-state wood is allowed.
- No outside bulk wood.
- Wood is for sale at Camp store.
- All purchased wood from the Camp store is non-refundable or exchangeable.
- The Campground is not responsible for any wood left out in the weather, after purchase or delivery.
PETS:
- All pets must be on leashes held by a responsible adult and waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
