Refund Policy

If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your reservation START DATE, you will receive a REFUND. Credit card refunds will incur a 10% service charge ($10.00 minimum). 

EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS:

Holiday Weekend reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation will result in a charge of all nights reserved.

Long-term stay If your reservation is for more than 7 days, your deposit is non-refundable.

Bike Week reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation will result in a charge of all nights reserved.

Credit Cards are accepted for deposits only. 

Due to the increase in processing fees we are requesting payments of cash for balances.
